• Then click the star to add a session to your SYMC schedule.
     - To VIEW, PRINT, or SHARE click "My Schedule" under your name and profile image.
     - CHANGE VIEW TYPE by clicking on "Schedule" and selecting from the dropdown options
• Tips to finding the right sessions for you and your team.
     - FIND A SPEAKER by using the search option
     - FILTER BY SESSION TYPE by clicking the dots in the right rail

Why do we do this thing called youth ministry? Beyond the epic noodle-wars, overnighters, and deep talks, what keeps us investing again and again in the lives of young people? The answer is simple: because the Bible tells us so. There may be no higher calling in ministry than to equip young people to grow in their faith! Throughout history, God has wanted each generation to pass faith and ministry leadership on to the next. So, using a biblical backdrop, this interactive workshop will explore God’s intended pattern for youth ministry and why it’s necessary for our churches to gear all of their efforts towards the transfer of faith and leadership to the next generations. This workshop will also spark dialogue about strategies stemming from research of several churches across North America that have been raising-up young people as faithful leaders for the long-term (think generations from now!).
